Problem

Learners need immediate feedback

Context

Teachers and learners have always-on online access, teachers to learners' performance and learners to teacher's feedback.

Solution

Learners perform in a way that is visible to teachers - through observation or access to their input to a website, etc. Teachers take notes on their performance and upload for learner access. Similar to ALPS.
