Problem

One of the effects of increased uses of social media is the pressure to make not only formal documents and outputs more visible but to also publish work at different levels of completion. This may include thoughts and ongoing commentaries as a project runs its' course.

Solution

Selective release. Clear demarcation of the shift from internal to external and published. Visibility within a trusted community first for 'safe' commentary.
